Boozy Berry Ice Cream – Print

Sparkling Ice

Boozy Berry Ice Cream is made with fresh strawberries, buttermilk, Pomegranate Blueberry Sparkling Ice, sugar, white wine and sea salt. It is simple to make and tastes delicious.

• 32 ounces fresh strawberries, sliced
• 2 cups buttermilk
• 1/4 cup Sparkling Ice Pomegranate Blueberry
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 1/2 tsp fine sea salt

• Puree all ingredients together until smooth.
• Pour into an ice cream maker  and churn until solid.
• Serve immediately, or place into the freezer for later.
