Chocolate Covered Cherry Martinis – Champagne and Coconuts
Chocolate covered cherry martinis are a dessert you can sip. Decadently delicious, they are perfect to serve for Valentine’s Day and other winter holidays.
- 2 tbsp Cherry Puree
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 4 oz Cream or Half n Half (if you want something lighter)
- 1 oz Vanilla Vodka (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract with plain Vodka)
- 1 oz White Creme de Cacao
- Chocolate Covered Cherries for garnish
- Muddle cherry puree, sugar, and cream in the bottom of your mixing glass.
- Add vodka and Creme de Cacao and gently stir. (If you are using plain vodka, be sure to also stir in ½ tsp of vanilla extract.)
- Pour into a martini glass.
- Garnish with chocolate covered cherries and a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
