In fact, there are tons of ways to serve this stuffed tomatoes appetizer.

Here are some of my favorites:

  • Side dish for brunch
  • Part of family dinner – especially tasty when salmon is your entree!
  • Tailgating parties or just for watching the big game at home
  • Perfect for any holiday gathering – fresh tomatoes make it nice for spring holidays like Easter and Mother’s Day Because the dill, cream cheese and tomatoes are green, white, and red, you could easily enjoy these at Christmas, too! (Pro tip: For Christmas, I’d totally set them on the platter in the shape of a Christmas tree or wreath!)

Personally, I think this tomato appetizer is yummy enough that it really doesn’t need a holiday or special occasion.

Even if you’re just spending the evening watching your favorite movie with your special someone, these make a great snack.

Whip some up and you’ll see what I mean!
