Frozen Pineapple Mango Vodka Slush – Champagne and Coconuts

Our Frozen Pineapple Mango Vodka Slush is yummy! Made with fresh pineapple and mango, this drink hits ALL the marks for summertime!
For Simple Syrup
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Water
For the Slush
- 1 1/4 cup Fresh Chopped Pineapple
- 1 cup Fresh Chopped Mango
- 1 cup Ice
- 3-4 ounces Vodka
For Simple Syrup
- Put water and sugar into a small pot.
- Cook on medium until it comes to a boil.
- Lower heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
For Cocktail
- In a blender (I used a Ninja) add mango, pineapple, and simple syrup and blend until smooth.
- Add vodka and blend for a few seconds until combined.
