Frozen Pineapple Mango Vodka Slush – Champagne and Coconuts

Our Frozen Pineapple Mango Vodka Slush is yummy! Made with fresh pineapple and mango, this drink hits ALL the marks for summertime!

For Simple Syrup

  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Water

For the Slush

  • 1 1/4 cup Fresh Chopped Pineapple
  • 1 cup Fresh Chopped Mango
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 3-4 ounces Vodka

For Simple Syrup

  • Put water and sugar into a small pot.
  • Cook on medium until it comes to a boil.
  • Lower heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

For Cocktail

  • In a blender (I used a Ninja) add mango, pineapple, and simple syrup and blend until smooth.
  • Add vodka and blend for a few seconds until combined.
