Guava Mint Mojito – Champagne and Coconuts

Enjoy a delicious guava mint mojito year round made with pink guava nectar and rum. The addition of the guava brightens the flavor of a classic mojito

  • 3 ounces Pink Guava Juice
  • 1 ounce Light Rum
  • 1 ounce Lime Juice
  • 2 sprigs Mint Leaves Divided
  • Club Soda To Top
  • Lime For Garnish
  • In your mixing glass, pour your pink guava juice, lime juice, and rum. Stir until they are well-mixed.
  • Gently bruise leaves on one sprig of mint by rubbing them gently between your thumb and forefinger.
  • Add the bruised mint to your guava and rum mixture.
  • Using a bar spoon, stir the mint and drink mixture well.
  • Strain into your glass over ice.
  • Garnish with the remaining sprig of mint and enjoy.
