Kir Royale Cocktail with Champagne and Chambord – Champagne and Coconuts
jenniferhquisenberry
A classic French champagne cocktail, the Kir Royale is perfect to enjoy anytime for your celebrations. We make ours with champagne and Chambord, but you may also use creme de cassis or another raspberry liqueur. Garnished with fresh raspberries, this drink is perfect for brunches, celebrations, weddings, and of course, to toast the New Year on New Year’s Eve.
- 4 oz Champagne
- 1 oz Chambord
- Raspberries for garnish
- Fill a champagne glass 3/4 of the way full with chilled champagne. About 4 ounces, depending on the size of the glass.
- Pour in 1 shot of Chambord
- Garnish with raspberries. Serve & enjoy.
Please note that nutrition facts are subject to change based on your choice of ingredients. You may substitute creme de cassis or another raspberry or blackcurrant flavored liquor for the Chamboard. You may also use prosecco, cava or another sparkling wine in place of the champagne.
