Sparkling Electric Blue Lemonade – Champagne and Coconuts

Our delicious electric blue lemonade recipe is so easy to make. It’s refreshing on a hot day. It’s also perfect to serve for a baby shower (you can also make it without the alcohol), and of course, it’s great for summer events like Memorial Day, July 4th, and Shark Week.

• Pitcher, if making more than one drink

• 4 oz Sparkling Lemonade
• 2 oz Blue Curacao
• 1 oz Vodka
• 1 tsp Lemon Simple Syrup or to taste

• In a mixing glass, stir blue curacao, vodka, and lemon simple syrup until they are well-combined.
• Fill your serving glass with ice.
• Pour the blue curacao and vodka mixture into the glass.
• Top with sparkling lemonade and gently stir.
