Blood Orange Bourbon Witches Brew Cocktail – Champagne and Coconuts

• 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Blood Orange Liquor
• 1 oz POM Pomegranate Juice
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 4 oz Ginger Beer Chilled

• Combine lemon juice, pomegranate juice, blood orange liquor, and bourbon in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
• Shake vigorously for a minute then pour over ice in a rocks glass or Halloween themed glass.
