Caramel Apple White Russian with Butterscotch – Champagne and Coconuts

A creamy drink that just screams “it’s fall,” the Caramel White Russian with Butterscotch is a delicious cocktail. Made with spiced rum, vodka, and butterscotch schnapps, it’s a delight. Perfect to enjoy anytime, we especially love to serve it for fall events. It makes a perfect Thanksgiving dessert drink too!

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Captain Morgan Apple spiced rum
  • 1/2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 2 oz Apple Cider
  • 2 oz Vanilla Coffee Creamer
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Ice
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish
  • Pour caramel into a glass and swirl it around to let it drizzle down the side of the glass.
  • Fill the glass with ice and set it aside.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Pour vodka, spiced rum, and Butterscotch Schnapps in the shaker.
  • Then pour the apple cider and the vanilla coffee creamer in the cocktail shaker. Close the lid and shake thoroughly.
  • Pour over ice, garnish with a cinnamon stick, and enjoy!
