Chocolate Covered Raspberry Martini – Champagne and Coconuts

The chocolate covered raspberry martini is simple to make but doesn’t taste like it. It’s perfect to serve for New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day or weddings.
- 4 oz Van Gogh Raspberry
- 2 oz Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate
- 1 1/2 oz Crème de Cassis
- Shake ingredients very well with ice.
- Strain into two chilled martini glasses.
- Garnish with raspberries on a pick.
