Chocolate Covered Raspberry Martini – Champagne and Coconuts

The chocolate covered raspberry martini is simple to make but doesn’t taste like it. It’s perfect to serve for New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day or weddings.

  • 4 oz Van Gogh Raspberry
  • 2 oz Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate
  • 1 1/2 oz Crème de Cassis
  • Shake ingredients very well with ice.
  • Strain into two chilled martini glasses.
  • Garnish with raspberries on a pick.
