Cinnamon Gingerbread Eggnog – Champagne and Coconuts

jenniferhquisenberry

The first time you taste Cinnamon Gingerbread Eggnog, you’ll feel like you’ve just received a warm Christmas hug. It isn’t a temperature thing – because this eggnog tastes best when it is served ice cold. Rather – it’s the flavor . . . reminding you of cinnamon rolls on a Sunday morning or that delicious flavor your milk took on when you dipped your cinnamon toast in it as a kid.

  • 1 oz Horchata
  • 2 oz Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
  • 3 oz Eggnog
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground Clove
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg (leave out if allergic)
  • Whipped Topping
  • In a cocktail glass, add in Rum, Horchata, and eggnog. Give a good stir.
  • Add in ginger, allspice, clove, nutmeg, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir.
  • Top with whipped topping and cinnamon.

Please note that nutrition facts are subject to change based on your choice of ingredients. You may add a cinnamon stick for garnish and a straw.  It’s best if the horchata and the eggnog are cold before you make the drink.
