Cinnamon Pear Martini – Champagne and Coconuts

Indulge in our Cinnamon Pear Martini made with vodka and pear nectar. It’s absolutely delicious, and the spiced flavors really bring the recipe to life. Add some star anise and a fresh cinnamon stick, and it’s the perfect drink.

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 4 oz Pear Nectar
  • 4-5 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Star Anise Pod
  • Fresh Pear Slices Optional, For Garnish
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka and pear nectar. Shake well.
  • Strain the vodka and pear nectar into a martini glass.
  • Add 4-5 dashes of Angostura bitters to taste. Gently stir with a bar spoon.
  • Add 1 cinnamon stick and 1 Star Anise pod and serve. Enjoy!
