Georgia Peach Margarita – Champagne and Coconuts

Sip on a fresh Georgia Peach Margarita to indulge in one of summer’s favorite fruit flavors. Made with tequila, cointreau, and of course, fresh Georgia peaches, this drink is to die for delicious. When you add tequila to fresh peaches, you know this drink is going to be a winner! Make it by the pitcher, everyone will want one!
- 3 large peaches chopped, skin on
- 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup gold tequila – we used Jose Cuervo
- 1/2 cup Cointreau or peach schnapps if you want more peachy flavor
- 2 Tbsp. simple syrup
- 1 cup Peach nectar
- 1 sprig Fresh Mint for garnish
- 3 cups ice
- Slice peaches into small chunks. Be sure to leave the skin on.
- Put peaches, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, simple syrup, peach nectar, and pulse until ingredients are well-mixed.
- Add Ice and blend on high again until the texture is nice and smooth.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a peach slice and a sprig of mint if desired.
