Cucumber Mint Infused Water – Champagne and Coconuts

Cucumber Mint Infused Water is a great beverage to cool off on a hot day or after a great workout. It adds refreshing flavor to make it easy to increase your water consumption, and it’s a great mocktail for dry January too!

  • 1 small cucumber cleaned and sliced
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint washed
  • 10 cups of water enough to fill your pitcher over half-way
  • Pour water into the pitcher. Add the sliced cucumbers and mint.
  • Put the pitcher in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to infuse. I recommend chilling the water anywhere from 1 – 8 hours.
  • The longer it sits, the more flavor you will get. When serving, add ice to the glass.
