Frozen Strawberry Basil Margaritas – Champagne and Coconuts

Frozen Strawberry Basil Margaritas are great to make by the pitcher for your summertime get togethers. Strawberries, tequila and triple sec blend perfectly. Great to serve anytime, they are especially good to serve for Cinco de Mayo, Memorial Day, and the Fourth of July.
- Optional: Plate for salting the glass
- 2 cups Frozen Strawberries
- 1/3 cup Triple Sec
- 1/3 cup Tequila
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 7 Basil Leaves
- In a blender, place 2 basil leaves, frozen strawberries, triple sec, and tequila. Blend well.
- Sugar the edge of the glass and pour in margarita mixture.
- Garnish with basil leaves and a float one of your frozen strawberries on top.
